Order of 5000$ and less deposit of 100% is required before production. Order of 5000$ and more deposit of 50% is required before production and balance before delivery. Note that the final payment will be taken 7 days before delivery.

Since such orders are personalized, no returns will be authorized for warranties an authorization number provided by Louis Garneau Sports Inc. (“LGS”) or Sugoi Global Inc.(“Sugoi”) (LGS and Sugoi herein after collectively “Louis Garneau Sports”). Otherwise the order will be returned at the sender’s expense. Any discrepancies regarding this order must be disclosed to Louis Garneau Sports. within 10 days of reception. All quality issues with the products delivered under this contract must be reported within 30 days of reception of the order. This contract is final and cannot be terminated. If, due to the client's actions, this order cannot be completed, Louis Garneau Sports reserves the right to retain a fee of $500.00 plus any art expenses incurred. These expenses will be deducted from the initial deposit. If logos are not provided in vector format, the cost for in-house design time may be billed at a rate of $65.00/hour.

I, the undersigned, duly authorized representative, certify to have obtained all the necessary written authorizations to use the logos mentioned in the present contract for the purpose of printing and advertising. I recognize that Louis Garneau Sports releases itself from any responsibility in this respect and that it is not associated in any way with the message that the logo, the image, or the text may contain or convey.

The contract must be signed and returned to your custom rep accompanied by a deposit amounting to half the total amount of the contract. The signatory declares having accepted all the components, shapes, colors, sizes, styles, prices and delivery date stipulated in the contract, and accepts that Louis Garneau Sports features their apparel design in their catalogue, website, social media and/or at trade shows. Unless a specific delivery date is written on the contract, delivery may be delayed.
